Control renewals for New Commerce Experience
By default new commerce experience license-based subscriptions renew automatically. You now have the ability to control subscription renewals.
- From the Manage menu on the left-hand side, select Products and services.
- Select Organizations from the top middle menu and start selecting organizations. When you are satisfied with your selection, click Select to add the organizations to the view.
- Look up the subscription, and check the checkbox.
- Select Modify subscription. You now can:
- stop the auto-renewal
- change the quantity
- change the term of the subscription
- change the billing frequency.
