Help! My colleagues can't see the same customers I onboarded.

When you onboard a customer two roles will be assigned to you that have  this customer in their scope: 
  • Spinpanel Administrators
  • Spinpanel Role Administrators
This means that after onboarding, this customer will only be visible to you and only on the Settings pages and for role assignment on the Roles and administrators page. 

For other users in your organization to see this customer or for this customer to become available on other pages in Spinpanel Portal, you need to add the customer to the scope for the appropriate roles.
