After the customer activation is completed, navigate to Settings > Solutions. Select Organizations from the top menu. This will show you a list of customers with Spinpanel subscriptions. Select the customer(s). Click Submit. You will now see that additional consent procedures have become available for the customer(s) you’ve just activated.

There are two ways to unlock solutions for your customers:

Complete the consent process on behalf of your customer using a dedicated account within the customer organization.
You can also choose to invite the customer to sign in to Spinpanel to do this themselves.

In both cases, the account in question should preferably be a dedicated user account with MFA enabled and sufficient rights for the solutions. Using a dedicated account ensures that you have an audit trail attached to the user.
